Welcome to our Reading Selections III page. There are still more reading selections for you here. As we have stated on our original Reading Selections page and our second Reading Selections page, reading is the heart of English. The more reading you do, the better your English will be.

If you would like to see our explanation about what two kinds of reading there are for students, please refer to either of the above pages. This is also explained elsewhere at our site.

While all of the reading selections here are adaptations of articles from Wikipedia, this page is designed differently from our other two reading pages. If you have not read our explanations on the other main reading pages, please take a look before reading further.

This page presents the reading in very short bite-sized pages. This makes it easier to read more difficult selections and do intensive reading as the bite-sized pages are easier to digest. Each page has only one paragraph of reading. If you would like to do intensive reading in bite-size chunks, this will be just the page for you.

As with our other reading selection pages based on Wikipedia articles, the text is all leftright. According to the Wikipedia leftright, the modified text can be used or modified as long as there are links provided to both Wikipedia and Aaron Language Services to credit us for our work. A link is provided to each Wikipedia article on this page for us at ALS to acknowledge Wikipedia for their work.
