Egg - Seasoned with sweet sake

This egg sushi, served in Japan, is made of egg seasoned with sweet sake. Wikipedia refers to the egg as a sweet egg omelette. Explaining foods from different countries to people who have not tried them is difficult due to a lack of common references. Sufficiently explaining what kind of sushi this is to somebody who has never had it and never tasted this kind of egg would be extremely difficult. The explanation would have to include how the egg was cooked, seasoned, cooled, and cut up - far easier to take somebody out for sushi and order a piece of egg sushi for them.
