Sakura - Cherry Blosson Sushi Made in America

Can you tell what kind of sushi this is? You probably don't see sushi like this in Japan. This is truly sushi made in America. This sakura sushi is the house specialty. While sakura here refers to cherry blossom, we don't say cherry blossom here in English. We use the Japanese: sakura.

Sakura, specially created by the sushi chef, contains cucumbers, crab, salmon, baby radishes, maguro (tuna), tamago (egg), baby lettuce, tobiko (flying fish roe), and daikon (Japanese radish, although it has other names too). This sushi has neither rice nor seaweed and is more like a salad than sushi. Note that the cucumbers act as if they were rice. They have been scooped out. Wasabi (Japanese horseradish, but commonly refered to as wasabi in English) is purposely dripped on the plate, more like how a chocolate mouse is served than how sushi is served.
