Fresh Octopus - Fresh or raw?



This is fresh octopus. We were not sure whether we should call it fresh or raw. We decided to go with fresh. Fresh sounds much better to the ear and implies raw when it comes to sushi. This fresh octopus was served with lemon and salt.
