Egg - Hold the seaweed

This is yet another variation of egg sushi. I must confess that I do not have a strong preference for one variety over another. While some have more rice and some have less rice, they all taste about the same to me.

Sushi Conversation Point

Customer: I would like some egg sushi please.
Sushi chef: What kind would you like?
Customer: Surprise me.

Comment: This is another way of leaving it up to the sushi master, or in other restaurants, to the cook or chef. There is nothing strange about such a request in America.
