Grilled Mackerel - Very lightly grilled!

While this mackerel is grilled, it is very lightly grilled. Raw fish and grilling are certainly an interesting contrast. In spite of the grilling, the fish still appeared to be raw. The degree of grilling seemed quite similar to the slight dash of boiling water on the shellfish which is then served almost raw.
